Federal guidelines require containment of liquids pumped and recylcled in drilling operations.  Pit liners are one of options used for containment of those liquids during gas and oil drilling operations.  The process involves digging two large pits and lining them with PE liners.  One ponds acts as the primary containment area and most of the rock and grindings settle out there.  The liquids flow over a spill between the two pits resulting in a secondary pond that contains mostly liquids that are recylcled in the drilling process.

Our pit liners are available in a number of thicknesses and endless sizes:

• 10 mil black/black
• 12 mil black/black 
• 16 mil black/black 
• 20 mil black/black 
• 24 mil black/black 

Sizes vary from 100 sq feet to 120,000 square feet per liner.   Production capacity is being expanded to enable us to provide you  pit liners that can cover up to 4 acres with a single liner.

All Pit Liners are manufactured in the USA from imported roll goods.  Pond liners, canal liners, irrigation and frost protection lagoons for tree fruit crops are also manufactured in the USA to your specification.
